Job Summary:

Riverside Lodge Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage departments. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring seamless execution of services and high-quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with the kitchen team to handle customer feedback, implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, and promote a culture of customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
