Role Overview and Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team. As a Billing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the closing of the month-end billing and production of key accounting reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Close month-end billing and produce key accounting reports
- Assist in running reports for the Senior Management Team
- Assist in raising Purchase Orders
- Assist in weekly and monthly billing procedures
Required Skills and Experience
- A proactive approach
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal
- Flexible, able to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
