Business Development Director

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and passionate sales professional to join our Emerging Talent team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our continued success by operating in a 360-degree sales role, giving you full sales cycle responsibility—from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Director at Randstad Employment Bureau, you will work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
  • Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
