Job Description

Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working exclusively with a leading NI business to help them add to their growing Accounts Payable function. This Belfast based, HYBRID role offers flexible remote working and free car parking. As the first point of contact for queries generated by the business or suppliers, you will manage key supplier accounts including reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, queries resolved promptly and invoices paid on time.

A day in the life of this role includes managing a number of key supplier accounts, dealing with P2P queries, working closely with internal teams and suppliers, utilising Excel pivot tables to analyse financial data, and maintaining adequate controls around the payment process. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of purchase to pay month end close off and statement reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key supplier accounts including reconciliations
  • Deal with P2P queries

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years current experience in a fast paced AP setting, strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships, ability to work accurately to deadline, and strong IT and systems literacy with confident user of MS excel. The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
