About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Fenwick. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to educate, inspire, and delight customers
  • Understand individual sales and service goals of the team and help them achieve their targets
  • Entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create, organize, and execute in-store events and ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving and/or leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable, friendly, and 'can-do' attitude
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
