Senior Fragrance Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we're passionate about creating unique and elegant fragrances that evoke emotions and inspire connections. As a Senior Stylist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Fenwick store.
We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual who shares our passion for fragrance and gifting. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing personalized service to customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations that exceed their expectations. You'll also work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
As a host with a warm and welcoming approach, you'll entertain visitors from around the world and showcase the world of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients. Your creativity will shine through in the way you design and execute in-store events, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that our store always meets our high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Qualifications
- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets

- Flexibility to work across days and hours, with a commitment to maintaining a good work-life balance
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
