We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and lead by example. If you're a self-starter with a passion for fragrance and gifting, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect scent for any occasion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
- Lead by example, mentoring and coaching junior team members to achieve their best
- Contribute to in-store events and visual merchandising, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
- Passion for fragrance and gifting, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
