At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Fragrance Specialist. About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance and has a keen eye for detail. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, showcasing our luxurious scents and products in a way that's both educational and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our fragrances and products
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our fragrances and products, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and releases
  • Work closely with our sales team to create a seamless and engaging customer experience
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that's both visually appealing and easy to navigate
