About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to ensure each customer has a personalized and memorable experience
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our fragrances and gifting options
  • Host in-store events and create engaging visual merchandising displays

  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
