Job OverviewBusiness Development Trainee

This exciting role offers the chance to launch your sales career with our dynamic team at RCM Recruitment Ltd.

As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for promoting our products in Field Sales, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We estimate an annual salary of £24,000 - £30,000 based on experience and performance.

The working hours are Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility between the hours of 8am- 8pm.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating initiative and drive.
  • To work effectively in a team environment, contributing to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or hospitality.
