Key Responsibilities- Support pupils with their emotional and physical needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and running classroom activities, tailored to individual needs.
- Provide personal care duties to support our students, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional growth.
- GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- No prior experience necessary, as we provide full training and development.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors.
- A responsive and caring approach, with a focus on meeting individual needs.
