Electrical Project Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in the Port Talbot area. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from initial concept through to final implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create project plans and proposals to support business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee all stages of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, safety standards, and design excellence.
  • Draft technical specifications and requests for quotations from OEMs and contractor partners.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A strong background within the Heavy Industry sector is essential.
  • A degree in Engineering and Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, representing the business externally and acting as a company ambassador.
  • High-level engineering competency in Electrical disciplines and excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
