Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Lead to join Acorn by Synergie in the Port Talbot area.

Estimated Salary: £44,000 - £53,000 per annum + Quarterly and Annual Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions that will set new industry standards.

  • Oversight of all stages of projects from initial concept to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Drafting technical specifications and requests for quotations from OEMs and contractor partners.
  • Ensuring project engineering activities are completed on time, to budget, safely, and to the designed standard.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background within the Heavy Industry sector.
  • A degree in Engineering (Chartered Engineer status desirable but not essential).
  • Solid understanding of project management techniques, risk assessment, and safety study methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, representing the business externally and acting as a company ambassador.
  • High level of engineering competency in Electrical disciplines.
