Outlier is seeking experienced English writers to contribute to the development of artificial intelligence models.

About the Opportunity:

  • We are looking for talented writers with fluency in English to help train generative AI models.
  • This freelance opportunity is remote and flexible, allowing you to work at your own pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and rank responses produced by AI models.
  • Write and rewrite prompts and responses, requiring research and fact-checking.
  • Evaluate the factuality and relevance of text generated by AI models.

Requirements:

  • Professional writing or editing experience.
  • Associate degree or higher in a writing-related field.
  • Strong writing style, exceptional English-language skills, and logic and reasoning abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to explain text strengths and weaknesses.

Compensation:

  • Pay rates for core project work by English writing experts in the US average:
    • UK: Estimated up to $11 per hour.
    • Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform. Because this is a freelance opportunity, we do not offer internships, sponsorship, or employment.
