About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery and providing a safe and enriching experience for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire a love for learning in children aged 0-5, following the EYFS framework
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with the educator team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive community
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in early years
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or working with children under 5
  • Proficient in the EYFS guidelines and able to apply them in a practical setting
