Pharmacist Roles in Specialist Areas

We are currently recruiting for pharmacist roles in various specialist areas, including Oncology, Women's Health, Pediatrics/Children's Services, General Medical Surgical, and Dispensary based roles.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with leading clinical teams and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in these specialist areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting clinical checks and prescription reviews
  • Providing medication optimization and clinical advice to patients and healthcare teams
  • Managing treatment regimens and reviewing therapies in specialized areas
  • Supporting medication reconciliation, discharge preparation, and care plan development
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
