About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Nurse to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and staff during procedures and treatments.
- Contribute to the maintenance of quality care delivery and ensure that all patients receive the highest standard of care.
- Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work as part of a team to assess patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Actively promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements within the department.
Requirements:
- Be NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your pin.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient care and compassion.
- Have the ability to lead clinics and provide guidance to junior staff.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, staff, and other departments.
- Be able to carry out wound dressings and have phlebotomy skills (training can be provided).
