We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Newton House Independent Hospital. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to both staff and residents, ensuring that all staff are performing to required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership to both staff and residents
* Ensure effective and adequate individual assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
* Oversee the named nurse role for your identified residents
* Develop skills, share experiences, and make a difference to the lives of those we support
Requirements:
* Experience in working with individuals with a Learning Disability and mental health conditions
* Possess experience in being a named nurse, writing care plans and risk management plans
