Senior AML Advisory Role at Black Swan Group

Black Swan Group is seeking a seasoned AML Advisory professional to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing policies to mitigate financial crime risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Head of AML Compliance to ensure adherence to UK and European AML/CTF regulations, economic sanctions, and ABAC.
  2. Financial Crime Risk Assessment: Advise the GAM business, Compliance, Legal, and Operations on financial crime risk, providing guidance to Senior Management on high-risk clients.
  3. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies in line with enterprise standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  4. Compliance Issue Resolution: Track and resolve compliance issues from regulatory, audit, and internal reviews, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  5. Training and Development: Design and deliver financial crime training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Requirements:
  1. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UK and European AML/CTF regulations, economic sanctions, and ABAC.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in AML Advisory, with a strong track record of delivering compliance solutions.
