We're seeking a highly skilled AML Analyst to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As an AML Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' compliance with AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and assess data from reliable sources for corporate entities and individuals, ensuring all necessary documents are obtained.
  • Perform thorough due diligence on various entity structures.
  • Carry out electronic identity checks and investigate system-generated referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather additional required information.
  • Support ongoing monitoring processes, including checks for adverse media, PEPs, and sanctions.
  • Stay up to date with AML legislative changes and ensure internal processes reflect these.
  • Assist the AML Officer with programme administration, including training, policy updates, and drafting technical updates.
Requirements:
  • Professional services experience and a solid understanding of AML regulations.
  • Organized and comfortable working to deadlines, with strong time management skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both with internal teams and clients.
  • Good level of IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
