Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive loss prevention program to ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Compliance: Train store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Shoplifting Detection and Prevention: Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol, and work to prevent future incidents.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation: Prepare incident reports, accident reports, and investigation reports according to company guidelines, and assist management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ensure complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.
  • Special Projects and Events: Participate in special projects and events as assigned, and support the store with day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
Requirements:
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Continuous Learning: Possess a desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop, and be open to feedback and coaching.
