Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive loss prevention program to ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Educate: Develop and deliver training programs to store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a culture of safety.
  • Investigate and Analyze: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with store management and employees to identify and address potential security risks, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to loss prevention.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly review and analyze loss prevention metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce losses.
  • Support and Develop: Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention initiatives, providing guidance and support to store employees to ensure a culture of safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous Learning: Desire to continuously learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
