Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive loss prevention program to protect our assets and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Educate: Provide training and education to store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and Analyze: Conduct thorough investigations and analyze data to identify and prevent loss and theft.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare incident reports, accident reports, and investigation reports in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support Management: Assist management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain complete confidentiality regarding current and past investigations and outcomes.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and events as assigned.
  • Store Support: Provide support to the store with day-to-day operations, including inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a range of customers and employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop, with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively under pressure.
