We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team in the Belfast office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality services to internal and external clients on a timely basis.
  • Work with the Team Lead to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting systems and transactional processes.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work in accordance with pre-determined metrics.
  • Carry out elements of data entry, handle client enquiries, and provide detailed financial information.
  • Offer general support and advice.
