We are seeking an Accessible Homes Specialist to join our team at Habinteg, a leading provider of affordable accessible homes and neighbourhoods.

About the role:

  • Hours: Full time 35 Hours per week (Permanent)
  • Reporting to: Senior Repairs Surveyor
  • Direct Reports: None

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key responsibilities:

  • To coordinate repairs and maintenance within the designated area of operation, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • To provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required.
  • To identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as building surveying or construction management
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the social housing sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
