About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer/Consultant to join our team at Selwood. As a key member of our digital workplace team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a group-wide SharePoint Intranet that meets the needs of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a fully functional central point communication hub using SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint administration, including permissions, access, and new user requests.
  • Implement and maintain a Document Management system, including digitalising documents from creation to archiving.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of SharePoint applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards in all SharePoint development activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong portfolio of successful SharePoint projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, M365, and Power Platforms.
  • Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to M365.
  • Demonstrable ability to evaluate the applicability of new and existing business productivity solutions.
  • Proven experience in information security and data protection, with a knowledge of core security principles and practices within SharePoint.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues.
