About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
  • Foster a culture of empathy and understanding, encouraging students to develop essential life skills.
  • Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents, providing regular updates on student development.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
