About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

Your role will involve supporting and empowering people to live independently, providing physical and emotional support, and helping with daily living tasks and activities. You will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with the individuals, their families, and other professionals.

We are looking for someone who is naturally caring, compassionate, and genuinely wants to make a positive difference in people's lives. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist people in their own homes to live independently as possible.
  • Empower people to make their own decisions and choices.
  • Provide support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Offer physical and emotional support to the people we care for.
  • Help people to participate with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Assist with healthcare and personal appointments.
  • Foster positive relationships with the individual, their family, colleagues, and other professionals.
