About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Baa Bar Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies across all social platforms, aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies across all social platforms, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage multi-platform campaigns from start to finish, focusing on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure all content is on-brand and impactful.
  • Integrate marketing efforts with our commercial teams to boost performance and sales.
  • Work with the digital marketing specialist to analyse and optimise campaign performance.
Social Media & CRM
  • Oversee social media channels to ensure content is engaging, scheduled strategically, and aligned with our brand.
  • Lead CRM initiatives and email marketing campaigns, maximising customer engagement and retention.
  • Explore new digital tools and channels to enhance online traction and SEO.
  • Manage website content and online listings to drive visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback across review platforms.
Performance & Analytics
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, working with the digital marketing specialist to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Report campaign results to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Baa Bar Group at the forefront of digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within hospitality or leisure.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, digital advertising, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into action.
