About the Role: We are seeking a talented Validation Engineer to join our team in Stafford. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for full engine validation from start to finish. This includes preparing the engine, conducting durability validation activities, and collaborating with other development engineers and leaders. The role offers the opportunity to work with broader teams from different countries and is ideal for those who enjoy working on complex projects.

The successful candidate will have the chance to make a visible contribution to the delivery of several products. The development team is expanding to accommodate increasing plans, and this position is intended to provide additional support to the team's growth and workload.

We are a collaborative team that values innovation and teamwork. Our team structure is designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. We require proficiency in Microsoft Office for technical reports, knowledge of the component validation process, and experience with data analysis tools such as CANape or similar. An estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
