Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, continuity, and availability of all core applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to better support business processes.
  • Work across a variety of applications and projects, including set-up, maintenance, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
  • Support and participate in problem and knowledge management processes.
  • Configure and manage the system(s) in line with the documented change control process and access permissions.

Requirements

  • Experience of Business Systems or Business Applications, preferably in Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules.
  • Hold, or be willing to gain within 12 months, the ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • A pragmatic attitude to problem solving.
  • An ability to comprehend technical issues.
