Conference and Event Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage conferences and events at Aldwark Manor Estate, a luxury hotel nestled in picturesque countryside between York and Harrogate. As Conference and Event Manager, you will work closely with the event sales team to ensure seamless event delivery, coordinating with various departments to plan and execute successful weddings, conferences, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain high standards for conference and events services, ensuring consistency across the estate.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their event experience.
  • Maintain meeting rooms to the highest standard, aligning with brand expectations.
  • Operate within established parameters and contribute to achieving hotel targets in collaboration with the General Manager.
