As a High Voltage Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on HV and LV systems managed through minimised downtime and seasonal impacts. You will also be required to adhere to all health and safety procedures, partake in risk assessment and method statements reviews and approvals, and coordinate with the planning department to guarantee that all high voltage (HV) maintenance activities are completed within the region according to predefined schedules and in alignment with the annual preventive maintenance (PM) plan.


You will also take ownership in managing communication cell metrics for your designated area, actively contributing to enhancing business performance through continuous improvement effort.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of HV distribution Systems, as well as knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act and Electricity, Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations. You will also need to have experience in distribution systems through the range 400v to 33kV, a full driver's license and excellent analytical, organisation & planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:



  • Currently authorized as a High Voltage SAP
  • Working knowledge of HV distribution Systems
  • Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act and Electricity, Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations
  • Experience in distribution systems through the range 400v to 33kV
  • Full Driver's License
  • Excellent analytical, organisation & planning skills
