Arm is committed to attracting global talent, offering an attractive relocation package. As a company with offices around the world, Arm values diversity and fosters a collaborative environment among its creative and highly talented engineers.
As a Senior SoC Verification Lead, you will play a crucial role in verifying and testing sophisticated IP such as CPU/GPU/DSP processors with memory controllers and interconnect fabrics. This position requires creating test plans, defining methodologies, and completing functional verification to quality levels and schedules.
Key responsibilities include working with project management, design leads, engineering management on planning tasks, setting schedules, and quality checkpoints. You will collaborate with leads from other teams including architecture, design, implementation, modelling, performance analysis, silicon validation, FPGA, and board development.
This role involves experience in working with Project Management, Design, DFT, Implementation, and other leads to come up with cohesive plans and schedules. Additionally, you will work on embedded C/C++ based SoC verification environments and have knowledge of assembly language (preferably ARM) and hardware verification languages e.g. SystemVerilog, shell programming/scripting e.g. Tcl, Perl, Python etc.
You will be exposed to all stages of verification: requirements collection, creation of verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support. Furthermore, you will develop and deploy large SoCs on emulation platforms.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Arm's hybrid working approach supports both high performance and personal wellbeing, empowering groups/teams to determine their own hybrid working patterns.
