The One Group is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing sales plans with specific objectives.
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to land sales and repeat business.
  • Traveling both within the UK and internationally to create and develop business relationships.
  • Following up on leads and progressing projects.
  • Managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Providing technical support where required (training provided).
  • Building and maintaining first-class relationships with suppliers.
  • Conducting and creating sales presentations to prospective customers.

The role is fully office-based from their site in Royston, with core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. Some attendance at exhibitions and conferences may be required, as well as opportunities to visit client sites both in the UK and overseas.

Salary is based on experience and potential, with a competitive basic salary and a generous bonus scheme.
