Job Description

Ellis Mason are looking for a skilled International Sales Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales order process from initial enquiry through to delivery, working with international suppliers, managing the relationship of new customers, and communicating order updates to directors and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the sales order process from initial enquiry through to delivery
  2. Working with international suppliers
  3. Managing the relationship of new customers
  4. Communicating order updates to directors and sales teams
  5. Proactively communicating with customers on order progress, lead times, delays, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience of handling European account relationships
  • Ability to work with international suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and efficient

Benefits:

  • Salary of up to £40,000
