Job Title: Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art children's hospice in North London. This role offers a competitive salary up to £41,360, a £5,000 welcome bonus, and other excellent benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions. Our facility provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, explore, and build confidence.

As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, planning and reviewing care with parents and children, and ensuring fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality, effective patient care
  • Planning and reviewing care with parents and children
  • Ensuring fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided
  • Administering medications according to policies and procedures
  • Maintaining nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care

Package and Benefits:

  • Annual salary up to £41,360 DOE
  • £5,000 joining bonus over three years (£500 on appointment)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • RSCN registration with the NMC
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level or above
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
