At HFH Healthcare, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team in Barnet, UK. As a Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with adults and children, providing specialist nurse-led services in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day. Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.

Requirements:

  • You must be over 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration

We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you to employ third-party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
