About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a specialist carer, you will provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, working in partnership with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to children with complex needs, including those with spinal care requirements
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Administer medication and perform complex medical procedures as required
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a care setting
