About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Team Lead to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our mortgage enforcement team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Case Handlers and Office Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work levels, quality, and resources within the team to meet client and TLT expectations.
  • Develop talent within the team by identifying potential, delegation, coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Support the Assistant Operations Manager in discussing team performance and lead committees, projects, and initiatives.
Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients through regular engagement and understanding of their business objectives.
  • Contribute to conference calls, review meetings, and social events to ensure excellent client service.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • A clear understanding of technical repossession issues and solutions.
  • An awareness of commercial concerns of clients.
  • Experience working in a volume caseload environment.
  • Confident managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Able to work in a strict regulatory environment.
  • People management/supervisory experience is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days based on length of service) and private medical insurance.
