About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 Case Handlers and Office Assistants, reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work levels, quality, and resources within the team to meet and exceed client and TLT expectations.
  • Use various management tools and methods to manage work quality, policy compliance, and service standards.
  • Develop talent within the team by identifying individuals' potential and actively supporting them through delegation, coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Meet regularly with the Assistant Operations Manager to discuss team performance and provide support to the team with technical and day-to-day queries.
  • Lead committees, projects, and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with clients through active engagement, understanding clients' business objectives, and responding to and anticipating clients' requirements.
  • Monitor MI, identify patterns and trends, and discuss findings with clients to provide solutions to any issues identified.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a clear understanding of a range of technical repossession issues and solutions, as well as an awareness of the commercial concerns of clients. Experience of working within a volume caseload environment and confident managing multiple cases simultaneously is essential. People management and supervisory experience would be advantageous.
