About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff at Burnley FC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure suites are set up prior to guests arriving, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize tablets to manage food service and ensure seamless delivery
  • Assist guests with menu options and provide proactive support
  • Liaise with management and chefs to address guest requests and concerns
  • Escalate customer complaints to management, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain punctuality


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time management skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureConfidence when interacting with guestsExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skillsA driven and dependable approach to workAn upbeat and welcoming personality
