Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of new turbochargers and associated products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Drive technical projects from R&D to product validation and testing
  • Contribute to methods development and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-speed rotating equipment engineering, preferably with turbochargers
  • Strong project management skills and ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
