Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of accounts, including invoicing, statements, and reminders.
  • Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts administration, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other administrative software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 5-year checkable history and clean DBS check.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
