Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Process customer and supplier invoices, and raise purchase orders as required
  • Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports and assist in financial audits
  • Support other finance-related tasks as required, including financial analysis and budgeting
Requirements:
  • Exposure to previous financial roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
