As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for seeking new opportunities and working with our existing clients to deliver exceptional service across the region. You will be part of a fun, lively, and rewarding environment, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the operation by seeking new opportunities and working with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source and shortlist candidates for job openings.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Good standard of general education including Mathematics and English Language.
- A driving license and a vehicle as use of your own car will be required.
