Recruitment Consultant: Talent Connection Specialist

NXT Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented candidates with exciting career opportunities.
This dynamic and challenging role requires a combination of sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
- Work closely with clients to create detailed and compelling job descriptions
- SOURCE, SCREEN, AND PRESENT QUALIFIED CANDIDATES TO CLIENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Proactively approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and promote recruitment services
- Negotiate terms of business, including fees and contract terms, with clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
- Use market insights to provide valuable information to clients and candidates
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote NXT Recruitment
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interviews
- Provide feedback and coaching to candidates to enhance their chances of success in interviews
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role
- Full UK Driving License is required
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous
