About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Capital Markets Sales to join our team at Ocorian. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with high-quality clients in the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a sales strategy in conjunction with the CCO, Service Line Head, and Marketing to promote capital market products and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Ocorian's capital market offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of proven sales experience in business-to-business services, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar financial services environment with capital markets experience.
  • Proven experience of working with Managing Directors/senior management in the development of client relationships.
  • Ideal understanding of the onshore and offshore administration market and services.
  • Highly computer literate (with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management skills.
