Classroom Support Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining classroom continuity during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain focused and engaged with their work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage classrooms, upholding school behaviour policies and promoting student engagement.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, supporting students and addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Prior experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a supervisory or classroom capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with students and staff.
• Strong organisational skills, facilitating classroom management and efficiency.
• Patience, resilience, and proactive problem-solving abilities, essential for adapting to diverse classroom scenarios.
