Resident Engagement Officer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engagement Officer to join our refurbishment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality refurbishment works while minimising disruption to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with contractors to deliver projects on time
  • Handle resident complaints and queries

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 gross per annum including car allowance, fuel card is provided on top, plus a range of benefits, including:
